Delivery Information

Please allow 1-3 days processing time before your order is shipped out.

All "Prints on Paper" come with free uninsured and untracked shipping; please tip a flat fee of 3 USD at checkout if you would like it to be tracked. Everything else comes with tracking by default.


  


Domestic orders are shipped via Hongkong Post local ordinary mail by default, and automatically upgraded to registered mail upon orders above 50 USD. However, customers may opt for EC-GET by specifying their preference with a message at checkout.


  


International orders are insured with tracking.



  

You will get an email with your tracking number. Note that it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Refund Policy

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please contact me with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the address to send it back to. I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable.


To return a purchase at full price, the items should meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of shipping
  • Be in its original, unworn, unused and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Due to hygiene reasons, Moonderwear are not eligible for return

  • All B-grade and on-sale items are final and cannot be returned
