Delivery Information

Each order is packed by the artist (me) and shipped from Hong Kong. Please allow 1-5 days processing time before your order is shipped out.

  

Domestic orders are shipped via Hongkong Post local registered mail by default, however, customers may opt between Hongkong Post or SF Express, and their respective delivery services (e.g. EC-GET, local ordinary mail, local registered mail, SF-Speedy Express, SF Drop & Pick) by specifying their preference with a message at checkout.

  

International orders are insured with partial tracking via registered air mail. A signature will be required upon delivery.

  

You will get an email with your tracking number. Note it may take the shipping company 24-48 hours to update your shipping information. We are unable to ship to destinations unsupported by Hongkong Post.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Refund Policy

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase (e.g. clothing doesn't fit) please contact me with your order number and reason for return, and I will email you the address to send it back to. I cannot cover the price of shipping it back to me (unless it arrived damaged or faulty) due to this being a small business, I hope that’s understandable.


To return a purchase at full price, the items should meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of shipping
  • Be in its original, unworn, unused and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Due to hygiene reasons, Moonderwear are not eligible for return

  • All B-grade and on-sale items are final and cannot be returned
